Take your ambitions to the next level
You will work closely with members of our Agile Faculty to manage training and also to support the Sales team in their daily tasks related to our major clients.
Agile Faculty :
Manage training invitations and attendance of participants;
Follow up with the trainers;
Produce various documents necessary for the Faculty;
Develop and maintain a strategic stakeholder file;
Send a link to the client’s assessments;
Monitor service quality (survey, process, etc.);
Ensure the transmission of billing.
Perform the day-to-day management of client needs in the system and provide the necessary documentation to the recruitment team;
Prepare and follow up on the list of needs as they arise;
Coordinate, with the recruitment department, the applications for the required positions;
Work on CVs before sending to the client:
Page layout in Word;
Validation of information in grids;
Correction of errors.
Send candidates to clients on time;
Update related information in the mandate and in candidate management system;
Coordinate client interview requests as well as the administrative portion of earnings;
Track and validate advisor timesheets on a weekly basis (Oracle);
Provide administrative support when renewing or contracting advisors;
Ensure compliance with the quality control process in place (ISO);
Perform any other related administrative duties.

Does this sound like you?
2 years of experience in administrative support and/or coordination;
Excellent command of Microsoft Word and its advanced functions;
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook software;
Completed studies in office automation or administration, or any other related field;
Attentive to detail, strong team skills, initiative, professional attitude, willingness to learn, good listening skills and excellent customer service skills;
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure in an ever-changing environment while meeting deadlines;
Ability to understand relational and strategic issues;
Ability to work independently and rigorously;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French. Good knowledge of English would be an asset. Languages required:
