Responsibilities:
As a Paralegal in our commercial litigation practice, you will be responsible for the following:
Litigation Support:
- Prepare materials for trials, including drafting pleadings and affidavits.
- Utilize various software tools to organize documents efficiently.
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to completion.
Commercial Duties:
- Draft and redline agreements.
- Maintain calendars and diarize important dates.
- Prepare employment-related documents.
- Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with your team throughout the process.
- Accuracy and time management are essential.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of five years at the paralegal level, either in litigation or commercial practice.
- Education: Completion of a Legal Assistant diploma.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, including software such as iManage, Eclipse, and Microsoft 365.
Compensation:
Salary will be negotiated based on experience.
