Window & Door Installation Helper — SunnyBuild Construction Corp. Victoria & Gulf Islands, BC
We are a growing window and door installation company based in Victoria, BC, looking for a reliable, physically capable helper to join our crew on job sites across Victoria and the Gulf Islands.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with window and door removal and installation
- Lifting and maneuvering windows and doors (some units are heavy — physical fitness is required)
- Supporting the lead installer with tools, materials, and site prep
- Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable working on active construction sites
- Familiar with basic hand and power tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to work when called
- No prior window/door experience required — willingness to learn is what matters
