We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Journeyperson to join our team and support a range of residential and commercial HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities
- Install and modify sheet metal systems used in residential and commercial HVAC applications.
- Fabricate ductwork and custom metal components according to project specifications.
- Review blueprints, construction drawings, and mechanical plans to ensure accurate installations.
- Measure, cut, form, and assemble sheet metal using industry-standard tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades to support project timelines.
- Follow all company safety policies and provincial occupational health and safety requirements.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform quality checks to ensure completed work meets project and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyperson Sheet Metal certification or comparable trade experience.
- Background in residential, commercial, or light industrial HVAC construction.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and project specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and sound trade knowledge.
- Valid driver's license with dependable transportation.
- Willingness to travel between project locations when necessary.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
