Position: Outside Sales Manager for Vicostone Brand (Calgary, AB)
Base Salary + Commission
Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a dynamic opportunity? We are hiring an Outside Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Calgary, AB, serving the Calgary region and surrounding areas. You will be one of two Sales Representatives in this role.
Client Base:
- Stone Fabricators
- Interior Designers
- Kitchen & Bath Specialists
- Builders and Developers
- Cabinet Makers
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage pricing strategies and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Ensure brochures, samples, and product displays are updated and effectively placed at customer locations.
- Provide product training and education to clients.
- Track and report market conditions, including competitor activity.
- Resolve customer complaints and manage claims professionally.
- Represent Vicostone at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements:
- College degree or higher.
- Several years of proven sales experience in the stone or construction industry.
- Established network within stone fabricators, interior designers, kitchen & bath professionals, developers, contractors, and builders.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
