Blue Mountain utilizes an Enterprise wide ERP environment. This position will be the system administrator supporting the implementation, continuous improvement and on-going support. This position will also be responsible for administering the central POS system in support of enterprise sales activity. Primary duties include product management, configuration and provisioning; user management and provisioning; first and second level operational support; process testing; and quality assurance testing.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Conducts special studies to analyze complex financial actions and prepares recommendations for policy, procedure, control, or action.
Analyzes financial information to determine present status and to forecast future financial performance.
Identifies trends in business results and recommends improvements accordingly.
Prepares studies, reports, and analyses for operating/capital budgets and forecasts, financial plans, reporting requirements, statistical reports, cash flow projections, KPIs and business forecasts.
Makes recommendations to management regarding cost-saving or profit-generating opportunities and profitability-improvement strategies.
Coordinates with all levels of management to make recommendations regarding financial plans, new business planning, trending future requirements, and operating forecasts.
Researches and prepares reports on subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Professional Accounting designation (or near completion) is a preferred asset.
Three plus years in a similar position, or equivalent experience is an asset.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and make presentations to management.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, IRR and ROI.
Ability to develop and modify business models for capital investments and other projects.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of ERP and BI software, financial software and MS Office products.
