Job Overview:
We are seeking a great person to add to our team of Technicians. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a sense of urgency in their work. Direct experience is welcomed but NOT required. (example: our most recent successful tech was a bank manager)
Position is NOT suited for someone who does not live here currently - hiring process will involve at minimum one face to face meeting and one paid on site trial day.
This is NOT an oil field or geotechnical drilling position.
The ability to maintain relationships and troubleshoot various work scenarios/equipment is key.
Duties:
- Perform safe operation of core drilling equipment
- Utilize hand tools (hammer, hammer drill, wrenches, setting punch etc)
- Interpret and follow guided instructions for technical operations

Pay rate is $25-28hr during training and rapidly increases upwards for full scope operating.
