ReptilesRuS, a leading wholesale/retail company supplying captive-bred specialty pets and products worldwide, is one of the largest and fastest-growing pet supply e-commerce companies. We are seeking a permanent part/full-time individual to join our team at our busy, family-owned and operated warehouse and breeding facility.
Position Details:
- Location: Thickson Rd and HWY 401 area
- Type: Permanent, part/full-time
- Hours: Mostly daytime, with occasional evening and weekend work
- Flexibility: Must have a very flexible schedule. This position is not suitable for applicants currently in school or with other employment responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Animal care, cleaning, feeding
- Sales and customer service
- Photography and social media management
- E-commerce data entry
- Participation in trade shows and events
- Cross-training in all departments, including warehouse, shipping, order picking and packing, and product inventory
- Keeping all locations including restroom clean and sanitary
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience with reptiles is mandatory. Computer e-commerce experience is an asset.
- Skills:
- Ability to work in hot environments
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, especially cleaning
- High reliability, as animal care is the top priority
