The Role:
To develop Identity & Access Management (IAM) information security solutions, recommend & implement IAM product/service improvements. The successful candidate will directly interact with business stakeholders—Systems infrastructure operations, Network operations, Application support and Application development.

Your role will involve:
As a member of the Information Security Practice, you will work with process owners to develop IAM improvements against SITA operations, business expectations and customer requirements.

Identify & develop IAM opportunities to achieve continuous improvement in the areas of identity management & access management

Provide IAM technical skills to support stakeholders

Provide subject matter expertise to other team members and ensure projects include appropriate IAM security measures

Ensure a process of continuous quality improvement through collection and analysis of security data, trend analysis and dashboards

Perform regular IAM process compliance checks with the various process owners within SITA

Ensure supporting systems are maintained in compliance to information security standards

Lead & own IAM projects & initiatives with the support from other stakeholders

Provide management with strategic direction on Identity & Access Management platforms


Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
5 years of Identity & Access Management experience with exposure to a broad range of IAM topics and technologies.

5 years of experience of information security compliance, with the development, implementation and operation IAM solutions.

3 years of experience with IT Security management including the ability to translate high-level requirements into technical solutions.

Experience in applying industry standard information security frameworks such as PCI, NIST, ISO27002 would be an asset.

Experience of working in the airport and/or airline industry would be an asset

Up to date knowledge of existing and emerging IAM technologies, with a deep technical understanding of IAM architectures & methodologies.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Identity & Access Management principles including identity stores, federation, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management.

Knowledge and understanding of IAM platforms such as Sailpoint, Okta, Hitachi, etc.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, respect deadlines, and report any issues or conflict in the performance of operational activities, and the planning and scheduling of tasks

Experience in deploying & implementing IAM projects & articulating projects in senior leadership terms
