Job Overview
We are seeking a local residences who are motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues or potential failures
- Perform repairs using a wide range of hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work is completed accurately and safely
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently, implementing effective solutions to restore equipment functionality
- Assist with routine preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize repair tasks and coordinate workflow for maximum productivity
- Follow safety protocols rigorously to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
Experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar hands-on maintenance role
- Strong mechanical knowledge across various types of machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams for troubleshooting purposes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
- Prior experience working in industrial or manufacturing settings is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $20.00-$38.00 per hour
