Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team at Chrima Iron Work Ltd. Located in Canada, this role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and precision of our metal fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products while working with advanced technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fitting tasks using various techniques including MIG, TIG, and robotic welding.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics to assemble metal components accurately.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role in metal fabrication.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.

Pay: $23.44-$32.90 per hour
