Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, including moving materials and equipment as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Must own there own hand tools and pouch.
- Ability to read measurements
- Must have license clean drivers abstract is a must
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or skilled labor roles is mandatory.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is required.
- Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team setting.
- Strong physical stamina and the capability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade is essential. We are looking for people willing to grow with the company and into new roles and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.71-$24.00 per hour
