Journeyperson Plumber

Are you a Journeyperson Plumber looking for stable work, modern systems, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative residential construction team?
We are growing our Mechanical Division and are looking for a skilled plumber to help install residential plumbing systems in new homes throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Unlike traditional residential construction, our team utilizes prefabricated plumbing systems manufactured in our facility, allowing for cleaner installations, improved quality, increased efficiency, and reduced time spent performing repetitive work on-site.
This is a dedicated plumbing role within our Mechanical Division. You will be performing residential plumbing installations on new home construction projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople and apprentices.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential plumbing systems in new construction homes
- Install fixtures, drainage systems, water distribution systems, and on-demand hot water tanks
- Work from blueprints, drawings, and installation plans
- Ensure all work meets Alberta Building Code requirements and company quality standards
- Maintain safe and organized work areas
- Identify and resolve installation issues before project completion
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to keep projects moving efficiently
- Mentor apprentices and support their development through hands-on training
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency, quality, and production processes

- High-efficiency hot water and mechanical systems
What We're Looking For
- Alberta Journeyperson Plumber Certification
- Gasfitter Class B Certification
- Residential plumbing installation experience
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and Alberta Building Code requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Basic hand tools
Assets (Not Required)
- Experience with prefabricated plumbing or mechanical systems
- On-demand hot water tank installation experience
- Hi-Velocity system experience
- Experience working in production residential construction environments
