EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Highly knowledgeable in Oil and Gas operations, drilling, completion, production, and refining.
- College Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- An individual with existing sales contacts within the oil and gas industry and the ability to utilize their existing network to increase revenue.
- Open to a flexible schedule, accommodating early morning, evening, or overnight meetings and calls with international clients.
- Demonstrated experience in selling a limited, premium product line.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experienced in preparing and making sales presentations and reports.
- Professional sales representative with exceptional team collaboration skills.
- Self-confident, motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in computer literacy, presentation skills, and phone sales.
- Experienced in utilizing and maintaining CRM programs.
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Holds a valid Alberta driver's license and must provide a 5-year driver's abstract with no more than three demerit points, along with a disclosure of any accidents within the past three years.
- Proactively contributes ideas to foster constructive solutions, while respecting and considering others’ viewpoints.
- Must be able to travel internationally, without any restrictions.
- Possesses a valid passport for immediate travel.
- Complies with all air travel requirements and regulations of destination countries, including vaccination and testing mandates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Focuses on expanding sales of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) to both new and existing customers across the designated territory.
- Drives the expansion of Endurance Technologies in international markets, particularly in tubular, casing, and pup joint sales.
- Prioritizes sales opportunities, develops strategic recommendations, and executes comprehensive sales plans.
- Cultivates and maintains strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Provides accurate quotes and cost assessments and prepares detailed reports for the international markets.
- Serves as the key liaison between customers and internal departments, including operations and manufacturing.
- Reviews and responds promptly to bid packages and customer inquiries.
- Prepares, documents, and submits weekly reports on prospecting and customer activities.
- Participates in regular meetings to review customer performance and satisfaction.
- Engages in sales training sessions as mandated by management.
- Assists in the preparation of various revenue and accounting reports.
- Participates in year-end physical count/corporate audit.
- Supports US and Canadian business development initiatives as directed by management.
- Supports the quality policy, scope, and objectives of the quality management system (QMS).
- Adheres to and promotes the company’s occupational health and safety policies and regulations (OH&S).
- Adheres to the company’s life rules policy and code of ethics.
- Other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Requires 25-50% international travel per quarter to various locations.
- When not traveling, the position operates within a professional office environment.
- Regularly utilizes standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
