Typical Work Day
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems in manufactured homes
- Install and service heat pumps
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on HVAC/R equipment
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with the construction team to support project timelines
- Other duties as required
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements
What's Most Important
Qualifications:
- Experience in HVAC/R installation and service
- Knowledge of heat pump systems
- Valid certification or licensing in HVAC/R
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
