Invincible Pay is a Canadian fintech and Money Services Business building modern payment infrastructure for businesses across Canada including our e-wallet, E-Transfer Checkout, Payment Links, EFT, and an API-first platform. We give businesses higher e-Transfer limits, instant settlement, and lower costs than the banks and legacy processors.
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to grow our merchant and business customer base. This is a full-cycle, outbound-focused B2B role: you will prospect, pitch, and close SMEs and merchants across online, phone, and email channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, sharp on email, organized in their pipeline, and motivated by hitting targets. Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS sales is a strong asset, and multilingual abilities are valued to help us serve Canada's diverse business community.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business through cold calling, outbound call campaigns, email outreach, and online channels, targeting SMEs and B2B merchants across Canada
- Build and manage outbound campaigns in Apollo building lead lists, sequences, and email campaigns, and tracking engagement and reply rates
- Create and refine email campaigns and cold-email messaging in collaboration with marketing to drive booked meetings and demos
- Conduct online product demonstrations of the e-wallet, E-Transfer Checkout, Payment Links, and API, clearly translating features into business value
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, close, and handoff to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants and partners through proactive account and relationship management
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite to grow account value
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls, emails, demos booked, and conversions)
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and activity log in Apollo / CRM and Google Suite
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from the website and online channels and convert them into customers
- Stay current on Invincible Pay's products, the competitive landscape, and the Canadian payments and e-Transfer ecosystem
- Represent the brand professionally and persuasively across phone, email, and video
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, SME sales, or online sales (fintech, payments, or SaaS sales is a strong asset)
- Demonstrated success with cold calling and high-volume outbound call sales
- Hands-on experience creating and running email campaigns and cold-email outreach
- Experience with Apollo (or a similar sales engagement / CRM platform) for prospecting, sequencing, and campaign management
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Strong relationship and account-management skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and retain clients
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and persuasion skills across phone, email, and video
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized, with strong time management and the discipline to manage a full pipeline
- Confidence delivering online product demos to business decision-makers
- Familiarity with Canadian payments, Interac e-Transfer, or merchant services is an asset
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience
Pay: $45,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
