We’re looking for an individual with a strong background in customer service to join our team at Hillberg & Berk! If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and finding solutions, our seasonal part-time, Client Care Coordinator position may be the role for you!

What can you expect in this role?
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will ensure the highest level of client service by assisting clients with concerns, exchanges, returns, repairs, and warranty claims, concerns and exchanges while keeping current on new collections as well as core product lines.
You’ll be the front-line individual for internal and external clients – delivering an exceptional experience that surprises and delights our clients by serving as an expert on product, experience, and brand. Your effective communication skills support you in transitioning between these different avenues of sharing information with clients effortlessly.
You will collaborate with the Distribution Centre and Retail teams to ensure all orders and client requests are fulfilled, communicate client feedback, business trends, and recommendations, as well as conduct warranty assessments on returned H&B jewelry.
What do you need to apply?
You have 1-3 years of experience in client-focused roles and believe in providing exceptional service. Requires broad job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education. Your skills using the Microsoft Office Suite will support your success in this role. You’ll be empowered to own your career and be a part of a growing, dynamic and evolving company.
Availability Requirements: Daytime, Evening, and/or Availability. Some evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate the needs of our clients but can do these from the comfort of your own home!
