We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Information Technology team.
Our ideal candidate… will bring solid experience in providing technical leadership and support of business-critical enterprise applications. You have been a key player in the management and execution of the quality assurance process. You have consistently demonstrated strong relationship management with clients as well as vendors and you are very successful at troubleshooting and resolving data integration and production issues.

About the Role
Some of the things you will do everyday:
Provide technical administration and support for our business-critical enterprise applications
Participate in the creation and execution of implementation and upgrade plans for 3rd party enterprise applications
Support and maintain our 3rd party enterprise applications by resolving integration and production issues as well as managing upgrades and build environments
Provide technical support for enterprise applications to internal clients as timely as possible; as well as monitor and evaluate system functions
Develop and establish strong vendor relationships for our 3rd party enterprise applications
Perform end-to-end integrated automation testing of key business processes using available tools and applications, ensure fixes are tested and verified until requirements are met
Drive the efficient quality of applications through solid testing methods and improves effectiveness by identifying the right set of test cases and scenarios to automate and execute
Develop and establish partnerships with lines of business in order to become fully knowledgeable with their business support systems, issues and processes
Commitment to producing high quality work and demonstrating professional values in all aspects of work and interactions with colleagues and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of relevant experience working on an ERP, CRM and/or Financial Systems in a systems analyst role
Experience implementing test automation for cloud-based solutions
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business, Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience supporting data integration with SQL Server or other databases
Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Sound organizational, analytical, judgement and decision-making skills with proven abilities in problem solving
Ability to juggle masterfully, build momentum, influence positive outcomes, facilitate cross-functional discussions and decisions
Experience with the Microsoft Suite tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) is an asset
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Cloud) and/or AX 2012 is an asset
Availability to work outside of regular hours/occasional weekends is required
Having a home office environment that provides for a productive, professional, and safe work environment during regular working hours is a requirement of this role
