Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sports Complex Concession Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized concession stand. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills in food handling, cashiering, and customer service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Operate POS systems for processing transactions
- Handle cash and credit card payments with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area following food safety guidelines
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all patrons
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the concession stand
- Uphold sanitation standards by cleaning equipment, counters, and dining areas regularly
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have smart serve
- Must have Food Handlers Certificate
- Must be available weekends, weekdays, holidays
- Must have very open availability
- Must not be shy with customers
- Age 18-25
