Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and versatile Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical web development skills with strategic digital marketing expertise to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging websites, optimizing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to achieve business goals.
Duties
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL to ensure functionality, responsiveness, and user experience excellence.
- Implement SEO best practices including keyword research and on-page optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Design and create visual content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for website updates, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics to maximize ROI.
- Conduct analytics analysis using Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote products or services.
- Perform A/B testing and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for e-commerce growth and brand awareness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO techniques, and web development technologies.
Skills
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
- Experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research
- Ability to develop effective email marketing campaigns on HubSpot
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics
