Reporting directly to the Hospitality Director, the General Manager is accountable for the operations and financial performance of our restaurant Superflux {Cabana}. Superflux’s Purpose is to “Bring Happyness & Do Cool Sh!t”, via “F!$king Awesome Food & Beverage Experiences”. Superflux {Cabana} is our first restaurant, and an extension of our brewery, and beer brand. It is a casual, burger-forward concept with 105-seats, two patios and a beautifully appointed indoor space.
This role is accountable for the overall financial performance of the restaurant, and overall guest ‘Happyness’. You have an unshakeable passion for Hospitality, are a master of guest experience, while simultaneously managing various metrics that drive financial performance and operational excellence. This position will be responsible for staffing and managing the retail, bar, and kitchen areas of our facility, and overseeing all staff throughout.

Duties
- Location revenue and related KPI’s , adherence to the operating budget and company policies developed by ownership and their leaders,

- Maintaining all Health & Safety protocols,
- Developing, maintaining and adhering to systems and procedures for all team members that ensure adherence to company goals,
- Appointment and oversight of all other managerial staff, including but not limited to bar managers, shift managers, and kitchen managers/chefs,
- Development of Hospitality Programming to achieve Guest Count and Guest Check metrics,
- Office duties including but not limited to management of procurement, invoice capture, and A/P,
- Managing adherence to food safety standards, in cooperation with the kitchen team,
Responsibilities Include:

General Manager Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of Retail and/or Hospitality Experience,
- Experience as GM with accountability for unit performance, and profitability,
- Excellent customer service skills,
- A keen eye for detail,
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines,
- Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments,
- References will be required.
Compensation:
- Total, On-Target Earnings Expectation in Year One is $78,000 - $81,000 plus Gratuities,
- Ability for additional bonuses available for over-achievement of Company Goals,

Further Details:
- This position is full time, but it is NOT Monday-Friday, 9-5.
- Estimated hours of work are 45-50 hours per week,
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Proficiency with POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bartending or cooking is a plus
- Experience in conducting interviews and training staff members
