AIRCRAFT STRUCTURAL TECHNICIANS / MECHANICS
Primary Responsibilities
- Shear, form, and fabricate, parts and components to drawing specifications.
- Drill, ream, countersink, and dimple holes for fastener installation.
- Assemble parts, components and sub-assemblies, using special jigs and fixtures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation from an accredited post secondary aviation training institution.
- Possession of a BC or Interprovincial journeyman designation as an Aircraft Structural Technician an asset
- Aircraft sheet metal or assembly experience considered an asset.
- Must be proficient in the interpretation of mechanical drawings and aircraft assembly procedures.
- Must be proficient in the English language.
- Attention to detail, and an enjoyment of precise work a must.

- Some areas have rotating shifts. Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings
