Nouna’s Bakery & Cafe is looking for a dedicated Assistant Baker to join our production team for our new storefront in Bells Corners (Ottawa). Working directly in a chef-led artisan bakery, you will assist with daily scratch production, sourdough dough preparation, fermentation schedules, shaping, pastry prep, and morning oven bakes. The ideal candidate has culinary or pastry training, a passion for naturally leavened bread, strong kitchen discipline, and the ability to work early mornings and weekends.
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
