**What You Will Do**
- Communicate with clients and manage ongoing relationships with professionalism and care
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for clients
- Create and send invoices accurately and on schedule
- Schedule jobs and coordinate appointments efficiently
- Liaise with field technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client inquiries and provide helpful, responsive support
