Pourquoi ce role est-il important?

This role will be assisting the Ethics team conduct, manage and oversee ethical conduct broadly, particularly as it relates to the Colleague and Supplier Code of Conduct and the Integrity Action Line (IAL) or Ethics Hotline. The role will also conduct advisory engagements in relation to ethics and compliance as directed by Compliance & Ethics leadership.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following responsibilities:

Ethics Governance, Awareness and Reporting

Conduct an annual ethics risk assessment company-wide to identify and update the ethical risks register, including maintaining an up-to-date risk and control matrix.
Develop succinct and insightful ethical conduct dashboard to present to divisional leadership and the senior leadership team.
Develop change management strategies and communication and awareness plans to train the enterprise on ethical decision making and introducing topics such as conflict of interest, gifts and entertainment, etc.

Code of Conduct

Manage the annual review and update of the Colleague and Supplier Code of Conduct and any accompanying training content, in partnership with the Legal Department and Human Resources. Lead the annual enterprise certification of the Code of Conduct on an annual basis.
Lead the development of various communication campaigns for the Code of Conduct. Work with Ethics & Compliance leadership, HR and Asset Protection to develop training and awareness on ethical conduct with the code of conduct as a core expectation of conduct by all colleagues

Integrity Action Line

Oversee the administration and overall operation of the IAL technology and provide oversight over all incidents in terms of significance, prioritization, resolution and reporting.
Manage the IAL incident triage process and resolution, remediation and closure of incidents, including investigation assistance as required. Ensure prompt and appropriate incident capture, processing, investigation, resolution and closure.
Manage the roll out of the Integrity Action Line to additional population groups.
Using data analytics techniques, analyze available data to identify anomalies, trends, themes with respect to reports received from the Integrity Action Line.
Train the respective populations, including HR and Asset Protection on using the tool and reporting on trends, themes, etc. for reports received. Manage various touchpoints with these teams to ensure incident management protocols are being followed.
Conduct root-cause and control failure analysis to ensure remediation plans address root causes, and not symptoms. Work with the Compliance Business Engagement team and business control owners to develop appropriate remediation plans to address any identified issues, and root causes.
Draft protocols and communications as necessary.

Compliance Programs and Other

Assist with the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Bribery and Corruption program as required, including governance policies, standard operating procedures as well as roles and responsibilities.
Assist in evaluating the aforementioned programs, including the operating effectiveness of new and/or existing regulatory and ethical compliance controls, and monitoring the operating effectiveness of existing programs.
Preparing reports on the results of the ethics program, including process and control evaluations and operating effectiveness testing to senior management.
Assist in conducting advisory assignments in relation to ethical conduct and compliance, as well as outside of immediate core mandate, as directed by Compliance & Ethics leadership.

Proven Ability to:
Oversee a large of population of incidents, including analysis, root-cause and theme identification, and ability to track progress and report on performance metrics.
Lead an incident management process from beginning to end.
Leverage available methods to identify opportunities, execute results and measure impacts, to improve existing working conditions and processes.
Stay current with the latest industry knowledge and trends, to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Remain open to new ways of working, experiment with new methods, and adjust behavior to the changing business environment.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change and meet timelines.
Deal with high-stress and ambiguous situations, including handling of incident investigations.

Professional Competencies:
Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience in litigation, investigations, or incident management within a compliance and ethics program.
A bachelor degree in business or law studies. Legal background is an asset.
Experience in managing and overseeing ethics hotline, including triage and incident lifecycle from receipt to remediation and closure.
Strong understanding and application of incident management and investigation processes.
Experience in a retail operations or food manufacturing capacity is a plus.
Experience managing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and providing regular status reports on progress.
Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation), interpersonal and people management skills, including working cross-functionally across a large enterprise.
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills, and advanced Excel skills required.
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize complex information into accessible and meaningful business guidance.
A positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get work done, either independently or as part of a team.
A fraud and ethics designation (CFE, CCEP or equivalent) or other compliance designation is a strong asset.
