We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Daily social media posts on all platforms
- Record videos of procedures and prepare for promoting
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Skills
- Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- 2+ years of social media and content creation experience
- Educational background in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
- Excellent command of (written) English, including strong copy-writing and editing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Social Media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat etc.,
- Willingness and ability to create social media posts daily
- Knowledge of digital media software – Photoshop or other graphic design software is preferred
- Creative eye, passionate about digital innovation and creating quality content
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer and producer
- Portfolio of work
- Experience doing research using multiple sources
- Excellent videography and editing skills
- Excellent photography skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- BSc in Marketing
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
