We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to lead our team as Pharmacy Manager in a high-volume, dynamic setting. We utilize Fillware to streamline our dispensing workflow, allowing our clinical team to focus on patient care. This position is supported by a strong team of assistants and offers the freedom of a flexible schedule.
Schedule: Work 5 days per week with flexibility to create a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to all OCP standards and legal regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule pharmacy assistants to maintain efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory, drug procurement, and cost control.
- Provide comprehensive medication management and exceptional patient counseling.
- Utilize the Fillware software platform to optimize dispensing accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
- Prior management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Fillware is considered a strong asset (training available).
- Important Note: This location does not dispense methadone.
