Role Summary:
Our Winnipeg branch is looking for an Inspections Coordinator to join the team. The Inspections Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing the schedules of Life Safety (Fire Alarm & Sprinkler) service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves coordinating between customers, service technicians, and other departments to maintain optimal operations and customer satisfaction.
This is a branch office-based role and whoever is selected will be working directly out of our Winnipeg office 5 days a week - Monday to Friday. No remote work option.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service life-safety technicians for various customer service requests.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, technician availability, and job details.
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and resources.
- Manage completed technician inspection reports
- Monitor the progress of service jobs and adjust schedules as needed to ensure completion of work
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations and enhance overall efficiencies
- Review role, tasks, and duties and where possible optimize the duties in partnership with your Manager with a continuous improvement focus
- Other duties as required.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and via email.
- Customer service orientated.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to details and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing service operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
