Vetcetera Animal Hospital is currently looking for an awesome veterinary technician to join our team. We have been operating in Bedford since 2000 and our clients and patients are like family. We have complete in-house laboratory, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, R7 ultrasound, top-of-the-line monitoring equipment with Cardell, Massimo and CardioPet. We use AVImark software for our records maintenance.

We are flexible for scheduling. We have an opening for surgical tech ONLY ( Assisting surgery only on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-5. We also have an opening for a full time position including surgery and appointments.
Duties will include:
- In-patient care- venipuncture, catheter placement, surgical induction, prepping, monitoring and recovery
- Perform diagnostic xrays, urinalysis,cytology and other laboratory testing
- Diagnostic dental xrays, dental charting and dental prophys
- Preparing patient home care medications and guidelines
If applying for Full Time, additional duties will include:
- Assistance in the exam room, perform preliminaries and client education, review and perform treatment plans including senior wellness
- Pharmacy and inventory maintenance
- Team approach to clinic hygiene
