As we continue to grow and make a difference in the way companies manage their people, streamline HR, access data insights, pay their team, increase operational efficiency and succeed in their business, we are looking for driven individuals to join our team.
As a result of our powerful 10X trajectory and growth, we are adding Services Consultants to join our WFM and Payroll Implementation Teams at varying levels.
The Services Group:
Provide dedicated and continuous remote yet hands-on, solution oversight to guide clients through the technical aspects of Dayforce implementation. Our team helps clients achieve a positive go-live experience by monitoring the project and aligning it with everyone's primary goal – using Dayforce effectively and near-effortlessly from day one. Comprised of Consultants working independently on client projects around the world, our Services group is connected by a sense of camaraderie, we are grounded in a sense of belonging and an amazing remote-work culture.
Our Implementation Teams are:
Innovative problem solvers, driving the best solutions for our clients using the Dayforce HCM product.
Collaborative and well-spoken, taking pride in our ability to communicate with teams across the organization and with our clients.
Passionate about getting a job done right and learning through analysis, research, and testing – and always striving to learn more!
Proactive and highly consultative, always thinking one step ahead, anticipating how we can best serve our customers.
Flexible! Our teams are located heavily focused in North America and in various locations around the globe.
If you offer:
Fluently bilingual, English and French
Experience in human capital management application consulting
Experience with one or more of the following applications:
ADP, UKG, Workday, SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Ceridian (preferred)
Experience with implementing the WFM module
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems
Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset
Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
