Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with precision and flair, ensuring each order meets quality standards.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS confidently to process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and serving counters.
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed diligently, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a positive experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in the food industry is highly preferred; serving or food service experience is a plus.
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy.
- Understanding of food safety standards, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
