We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging individuals to join our team as Beer Samplers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable tasting experience while promoting our diverse range of craft beers. Your passion for beer and exceptional customer service skills will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings at various retail locations, engaging customers and sharing knowledge about our beer offerings.
- Communicate effectively with customers to educate them on the flavors, brewing processes, and unique characteristics of each beer.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote products and drive market presence through effective sampling strategies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sampling area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collect feedback from customers regarding their tasting experience to relay valuable insights to the marketing team.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, allowing for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Experience in product demos or sales is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the craft beer market and trends is beneficial.
- Excellent public speaking skills to confidently present products to groups of varying sizes.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage.
