Kinetic Environmental Ltd. has an opportunity within our Victoria branch for HSE Coordinator to support the company operations through effective administration as well as assisting various departments to add value to the overall business. Provide and promote a positive safety culture and working environment that educates, coaches and supports our crews, sub-trades, and clients and to grow with us.
The salary band for this position is $54,700 - $82,000 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in an administrative coordinator position
- Post-Secondary considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- CSO and/or OFA Certification Required
Knowledge skills and abilities
- Prior experience in the Construction, Demolition and/or Abatement industry is considered an asset
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-management skills to plan, organize and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential and privileged information.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult calls and situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to create, edit, proofread and format documents/presentations.
- Detail oriented, process driven, and efficiency seeker skills are all highly beneficial.
