Overview
Snowline Autoglass is a family run business in Langley, BC, and we're looking for an organized, friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our front desk and keep our schedule running smoothly. If you know your way around ICBC glass claims and have autoglass experience, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Answer calls, reply to emails, and greet walk-in customers
- Book and coordinate rock chip repairs, windshield installs, and other glass jobs
- Open and manage ICBC glass claims from start to finish - verify coverage, confirm deductibles, and process through ICBC Glass Express
- Provide quotes and walk customers through repair-vs-replace options
- Confirm appointments, follow up with customers, and keep the daily schedule on track
- Handle invoicing, payments, and basic record-keeping
- Keep the front desk and waiting area tidy and welcoming
Experience
- Reception, front-desk, or administrative experience
- Experience with ICBC insurance claims (preferred)
- Autoglass experience or knowledge - rock chip repair, windshield installation, and related terms
- Comfortable with scheduling software and everyday computer tasks
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy shop
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ADAS / windshield calibration
- Previous experience in an auto repair or autoglass shop
