Mani Industrial Coatings Inc. is looking for a Working Shop Foreman to lead crews inside a fast-paced industrial blasting and painting facility.
This is not a desk job — this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands production, quality, and how to drive a crew to deliver under pressure.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise shop crews in abrasive blasting and industrial coating operations
- Actively work alongside crews — this is a working foreman role
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to spec
- Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance
- Maintain and enforce coating quality standards (ITPs, QC checks, documentation)
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Coordinate with management on priorities, staffing, and job sequencing
- Troubleshoot production issues in real time
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in industrial painting and blasting operations
- Proven ability to lead crews in a production/shop environment
- Deep understanding of surface preparation, coatings, and application techniques
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Safety-focused mindset
Preferred:
- NACE / AMPP Certification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with ITPs, QC documentation, and inspections
- Forklift / overhead crane experience

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
