Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant contributes to the overall success of Priority Car Financing Corp, by providing high quality administrative support to assist in the execution of our business. The Administrative Assistant ensures that all activities are in compliance with internal policies and procedures and builds strong partnerships across the company to provide support for the team
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establishes sound business relationships by providing courteous and efficient assistance to both internal and external clients
- Serves as a liaison between employees, customers, automotive dealers and lenders (banks, credit unions and private lenders). Communicates with the customers and dealers in compliance with internal procedures and as required
- Prioritizes workload to ensure the overall group’s objectives and deadlines are met
- Manages calendars, coordinates logistics and arranges client meetings as requested
- Organizes, scans, copies and maintains client files / materials, correspondence and other records/materials as required and in compliance with internal rules and regulations P
- Prepares all the contracts to be signed from the customer as requested
- Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
- Assumes ad hoc projects as they arise in support of management, including the gathering and compiling of data from various sources

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
