WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE INSIDE SALES CORPORATE ACCOUNTS ?
- Make outbound phone calls and emails to meet objectives;
- Document in the system each call with information gathered from customer interactions;
- Provide exemplary customer service to our customers by taking care to respond to inquiries, resolve reported problems and be available to them;
- Prepare price lists, activate, adjust, cancel or modify price lists;
- Establish respectful and collaborative relationships with customers, co-workers and supervisor;
- Use available tools and technologies appropriately;
- Promote Denis Office Supplies and Furniture and the quality of its services.
REQUIRED PROFIL of the inside sales corporate accounts :
- Ability to listen, communicate orally and in writing, in french and english
- Dynamic
- Disciplined
- Sense of purpose, analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivation, respect for deadlines, ability to manage time efficiently
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment, computers, internet, e-mail
