Capital Planning and End-of-Mortgage Committee Member
Supports oversight of KHI’s building portfolio, capital priorities, asset condition, major repairs, long-term infrastructure planning, mortgage maturity, and changing funding arrangements. This Committee will help KHI protect existing assets while preparing for future growth, sustainability, and expansion opportunities. Committee meetings are held remotely.
Finance, Audit and Risk Committee Member
Supports oversight of budgets, financial reporting, audits, internal controls, reserves, risk, investments, and long-term financial sustainability as KHI strengthens its financial systems and prepares for future growth and capital needs. Committee meetings are held remotely. experience in a collaborative environment.
