We are seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Leader to support daily kitchen operations, lead and mentor the culinary team, maintain high food quality and presentation standards, assist with inventory and ordering, and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous Chef / Sous Chef or leadership kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Ability to lead a team in a high-volume, upscale environment
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and attention to detail
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
