Job Overview:
Join our team in the Scallop Grading Facility, supporting key processes in scallop grading, processing, packing, and quality assurance. This role requires flexibility to work across departments based on production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage machinery for sorting, grading, and packaging scallops.
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and make machine adjustments as needed.
- Record production data accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and productive workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous production or assembly experience is an asset (training provided).
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and a strong communicator.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a cold environment with PPE.
