Role -
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AM/PREP Bartender to support our bar program during daytime service 3 to 4 days per week. This is a unique and vital role bridging prep production with guest-facing service — perfect for someone who is as comfortable juicing citrus, infusing spirits, and batching cocktails as they are pulling a perfect espresso or crafting a classic cocktail. Shifts typically run 11am to 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
● Set the bar to daily service spec with precision and consistency
● Juice fresh daily and batch all required prep items (syrups, infusions, house liqueurs)
● Prepare cocktail mise en place and build station readiness for both AM & PM team
● Support the creative use of seasonal, hyper-local, and foraged ingredients
● Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
● Assist the AM team & guests during daytime hours with cocktails, wine, beer, and espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc.) and guest service
● Collaborate with the PM bar team for a seamless handover into dinner service
● Assist in recipe scaling, batching, and production of new cocktails
● Other duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
● At least 1–2 years of bar experience in a high-standard environment
● Strong understanding of classic cocktails, bar mise, and working an espresso machine.
● Comfortable working independently and with precision under time constraints
● Passionate about seasonal ingredients and sustainable practices
● Experience with prep/batching, induction tops, blenders, scales, and culinary knowledge
● Detail-oriented, organized, and proud of clean, efficient workflow
● Open to learning and contributing to a team focused on continual growth

Starting rate: $19.00 to $21.00/hour + tip pool
Includes health benefits after 3 months and dental benefits after 6 months for those working 24 or more weekly hours.
