Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment goals
- Develop customized massage therapy plans based on client needs and medical history
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records for each session
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations
- Foster a welcoming and relaxing environment to enhance client experience
- Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education
Experience
- Proven experience as a Licensed or Certified Massage Therapist with valid credentials
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client questions or concerns
- Prior experience working in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific modalities as needed

Pay: $39.58-$60.00 per hour
