Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Career Path: Group Functional Fitness & Personal Training Coach to join our vibrant team. This role offers a clear career progression pathway, combining group fitness instruction with personalized coaching, all while fostering a motivating environment that inspires clients to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group functional fitness classes that cater to diverse skill levels, ensuring safety and motivation throughout each session
- Provide personalized coaching to clients, helping them develop tailored fitness plans aligned with their goals
- Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere that encourages client retention and community building
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and providing guidance
- Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and optimal use of studio resources
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and equipment upkeep within the studio environment
- Support new client onboarding by explaining studio programs, policies, and expectations clearly
Experience
- Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes or personal training
- Formal education in exercise and nutrition science. Preference will be given to BSc. Kin.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead others effectively
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple classes and client sessions efficiently
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a supportive community
