About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established private pharmacy group with a strong community footprint, is seeking an experienced and driven Pharmacy Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in Ontario. This is a confidential search for a high-impact leadership role suited for a pharmacist with deep operational expertise and a forward-thinking approach to pharmacy care and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant patient-centered service.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure strict adherence to OCP standards and federal/provincial regulatory requirements.
- Optimize pharmacy workflow, manage inventory and purchasing, and implement cost-efficiency measures.
- Own and deliver full P&L accountability, aligning operational execution with business and financial objectives
- Build strong relationships with healthcare partners, patients, and local community stakeholders.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and support continuous innovation in care delivery
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a retail or community setting
- Proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume pharmacy environment
- Experience in business development, pharmacy automation, and/or mental health/addictions or long-term care is considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable driving clinical service expansion and aligning operational strategies with company growth objectives
Work Schedule
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with minimal weekend coverage (approximately one weekend per month)

Pay: $105,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
