What you’ll do:
The Bakery Deli Manager will be involved in all aspects of management including: maintaining standards, marketing, recruitment, training, development, and performance management
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Coach and direct team members to achieve goals
Achieve financial goals for the department
Achieve merchandising standards for the department using best practices
Achieve exceptional guest services with your team
Build an engaged team by demonstrating our brand and values
Help lead all Coop functions
Other duties as assigned

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have a management background or training in business administration
You have 2-5 years of management, retail or Co-op experience.
Will build an effective team and have strong communication skills.
