About the Role
Odenza Vacations is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to run the day-to-day execution of our email, social media, and web marketing. To be clear, this is an execution-heavy role. Most of your week is hands-on: building, scheduling, and shipping campaigns and reports. You will keep our email campaigns, social content, supplier offers, and marketing reports running smoothly week to week, own recurring campaigns and reporting, and help modernize how we work by bringing AI and automation into our marketing processes. The ideal candidate has a few years of marketing experience, thrives on managing many recurring deliverables, and is excited to automate repetitive work.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Build, schedule, and send email campaigns (eblasts), including recurring monthly offers and seasonal campaigns.
- Handle full campaign setup: images, HTML copy, links, and audience selection.
- Track campaign statistics and produce monthly performance and audience reports.
Social Media
- Create and schedule social media content (captions and images), including weekly posts and supplier-partner features.
- Manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor and respond to Facebook and Instagram messages.
- Maintain the internal offer tracker and help automate offer selection for our market.
Web and Offers
- Maintain website content and keep hotel and package offers current.
- Monitor landing page campaigns and keep offers up to date.
- Maintain the travel agent ads offer sheet and supporting details.
Reviews and Reputation
- Monitor incoming Google reviews and post replies.
Reporting and Analytics
- Own our recurring weekly and monthly marketing reports, including campaign performance, audience demographics, and social media results.
- Pull raw data from our CRM, email, and campaign platforms, analyze results, flag trends, and turn the numbers into clear reports leadership can act on.
What We're Looking For
- A few years of experience in marketing or a similar coordinator role.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and social media, including paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
- Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Cowork, Copilot, or Canva AI for content drafting, image creation, and automating reports. Be ready to show examples of repetitive work you have automated.
- Strong analytical skills. Confident in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups), comfortable working with data from CRM and campaign platforms.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to manage many recurring weekly and monthly deliverables without dropping details.
- A clear communicator who can coordinate across teams and supplier partners.
- Travel or hospitality industry experience is a strong asset.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with travel and booking platforms such as Expedia, Bedsonline, Softvoyage, or Travefy.
- Experience with HTML email, audience segmentation, and review or reputation management.
- A track record of identifying repetitive tasks and automating them.

Schedule and Location
- Full-time, permanent. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- In person at our Burnaby office: 4664 Lougheed Hwy. #230, Burnaby, BC V5C 5T5.
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
