Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail store operations, including customer service, staff scheduling, workflow, and team performance.
- Lead, coach, and support store staff to maintain strong service standards and a positive customer experience.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, vendor communication, and product quality standards.
- Monitor sales results, budgets, reporting, and operational efficiency to support profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve store processes, merchandising, customer service, and overall business performance.
- Maintain accurate records and use retail systems to support inventory control, sales tracking, and operational decision-making.
