Service Manager
We are an established, family-owned and operated, award-winning dealership in business for over 30 years, specializing in premium and exotic vehicles. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Service Manager to oversee vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage repairs and maintenance for dealership inventory.
- Diagnose service needs and coordinate work with mechanics, body shops, vendors, and suppliers.
- Source, price, and order OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Review estimates, negotiate pricing, and control repair costs.
- Track repair timelines and follow up with vendors.
- Inspect completed work to ensure vehicles meet dealership standards.
- Communicate with customers about repairs, costs, timelines, warranties, and service issues.
- Work with the sales team to prioritize vehicles for sale or delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and vehicle histories.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, movement, deliveries, and dealership operations.
- Help resolve problems quickly and support the sales floor when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive service, dealership operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and automotive parts.
- Experience working with mechanic and body shops.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple vehicles and projects.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with luxury, premium, or exotic vehicles is an asset.
