The normal work schedule rotates over 4 paid weeks as follows: 2 weeks of work (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks off.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Mine Geologist, the Senior Geologist plans, supervises, and carries out all geological monitoring operations for excavation work. He is responsible for:

Supervise and performs all operations aimed at reinterpreting mineralized zones.

Assists their supervisor in all of the Company's mining activities.

Oversees the work of the production geologists and technicians responsible for grade control, on the ROMPAD, and in the underground mine.

Participates in the planning of definition drilling work.

Implements and monitors drilling operations, as well as describes the cores from definition drilling.

Provide support for the project completion of geological mapping and targeted sampling work.

Supervises the processing, integration, and interpretation of drilling data.

Works on various mining sites.

Conducts compilations and preliminary interpretations of drilling and field data.

Carries out any other tasks that the Chief Geologist deems necessary to ensure the smooth running and quality of exploration activities.
Qualifications

University degree (B.Sc.) in Geosciences (Geology or Geological Engineering).

Registered member in good standing with the Order of Geologists or Engineers of Quebec.

Strong knowledge of geological and structural phenomena in bedrocks.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in mining geology, encompassing underground operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite, GEMS, and Deswik software.

Effective oral and written communication skills (emails, reports, presentations, etc.).

Possession of a valid general explosives permit and a valid driver's license is essential.
