Inside Sales Representative - Inventory Finance(Job Number: 191354)

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Inventory Finance team

TCF Inventory Finance, Inc. (TCFIF) seeks highly-motivated candidates for the role of Inside Sales Representative. Following training Inside Sales Representatives will lead qualified prospects through the entire sales cycle, preferably selling an intangible product or service. Exemplary phone skills for both prospecting and providing urgent follow through is necessary. Inside Sales Representatives will work closely with Business Development Representatives to meet and exceed territory goals

Following Sandler Systems Sales Training TCFIF Inside Sales Representatives call on small businesses in the Retail Appliance, Electronics, Powersports, Marine, Recreational Vehicle and other industries. Prior experience prospecting, selling and servicing business owners is a plus. One must have basic understanding of business metrics and knowledge of business financing products is very helpful.

TCFIF seeks candidates with proven inside sales skills, stellar organizational abilities plus the vitality to thrive in a fast-paced environment where the expectation every day is to win. Candidates should have an eagerness to learn Salesforce.com/other CRM and training in sales methodology and Sandler System.

Major Areas of Accountability:
Execute strategic account plans on new customer leads and process new business applications to grow volume and profitability
Initiate sales calls on new and existing leads to present features, benefits, and advantages of financial products to close new customer deals
Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts to ensure customer retention
Supporting dealers through the customer qualification process. Enhance customer service through continual execution of TCF's service model.
Maintain compliance with established policies, processes, and procedures, while also ensuring compliance to approval authorities at all times.
Special Projects to be completed as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of sales experience desired
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
Occasional overnight travel required.
In addition Candidates must have the following attributes
Interpersonal skills
Metrics and goal motivated
Eagerness to learn and apply sales concepts
Preferred Qualifications

A preferred candidate would have 3+ years sales experience.
Working knowledge of credit disciplines
Exposure to Salesforce and Sandler Systems
